BRIGHT PLACE

This project is a 6-storey, 34-unit apartment building that is situated between a busy street and a quiet residential neighbourhood on the Peninsula of Halifax. The building form steps down as it transitions from the busy street to the residential neighbourhood, creating space for underground parking. This also allows enhanced soft landscaping which promotes rain absorption into the local aquifer, while also creating a small green space between the building and adjacent uses.
