MMBR

MMBR is a multi-unit residential building on Waverley Road, adjacent to Lake Micmac in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It houses over 140 residential units through both 1 and 2 bedroom configurations. Both the roof-top patio space and lobby provide views of Dartmouth, it's lakes, and the Halifax skyline. The existing green space is retained as much as possible through the 20 meter wide buffer space along the lake, reducing the overall disturbed area of the site.
