SEAVIEW MANOR NURSING HOME

Kendall Taylor was the lead Architect on this 30-bed addition to an existing long-term care facility while working for a previous employer. The design was focused on the creation of public spaces and built form reminiscent of the residential scale and experience. The project was completed within the original construction schedules and delivered under budget.
